Some of the things I am include being a Licensed Master Social Worker, an Artist, and a Florist, and I have a passion for Trauma-Informed Care as a philosophy of living.
Through trauma-informed education, expressive arts services, and my own lived-experiences, I seek to facilitate deeper understanding of the holistic impact of trauma, mental health, addiction & chronic illness; to facilitate ways for survivors to more deeply understand themselves; and to facilitate ways we all can help survivors build resilience, reclaim creativity, and find healing.
